Return And Refunds Policy
At The Fitted Jackets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided you inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
1. Informing Us
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your package.
After this period, the order will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once you’ve contacted us, you’ll have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return the item.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@thefittedjackets.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
2. Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused, unstained, and with all original tags attached
- Shipped back in the original packaging
Please ensure your jacket remains in excellent condition until it reaches us.
Important Notes:
- Items with removed tags are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Custom or personalized jackets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Multiple orders of the same jacket in different sizes are not eligible for return or exchange to prevent policy misuse.
- Size-related refunds are not applicable, as each customer’s selected size is confirmed through email before production and shipment.
- If you are unsure about your size, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us via live chat — our team will gladly assist you in choosing the correct fit before your jacket goes into production.
3. Return Method
All returns must be made via our designated return facility (details provided upon approval).
We currently do not accept in-person or mail-in returns without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which depends on the weight and dimensions of the jacket, unless:
- The item is defective, or
- It was damaged upon arrival
If a product is confirmed faulty after inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, only exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted under our 30-day policy.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- If your refund is approved, the payment processing fee (charged by Stripe or PayPal) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No restocking fee applies.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and approved.
7. Product Inspection Before Dispatch
Before shipping your jacket, our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects:
- Color and texture
- Stitching and craftsmanship
- Leather quality
- Size and pattern accuracy

8. No Order Changes After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered and signed for, no changes (such as size or color modifications) can be made.
