Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing it by contacting our customer support team at info@thefittedjackets.com.

If your order has already been processed, shipped, or is in transit, we will be unable to cancel it. In that case, you’ll need to accept delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

Order Acceptance & Payment Verification

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and stock levels may change without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur.

  • If the correct price is lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference.
  • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before processing your order or may cancel it if we’re unable to reach you.

Pricing

 Product names, descriptions, or images may reference general fashion trends, popular styles, or celebrity-inspired looks purely for reference purposes.

We do not claim or imply that any products are authentic, original, or affiliated with any designer or brand.
 The Fitted Jackets is an independent retailer, and all our jackets are custom-made inspired versions, produced using real leather and premium materials.

We are not associated, endorsed, or sponsored by any fashion house, trademark, or brand mentioned or implied in our listings.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions, including color, material, stitching, and sizing information.

 However, since each jacket is handmade and custom-finished, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur.

These minor differences are part of the craftsmanship process and do not constitute misrepresentation.

Governing Law

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item to confirm that it is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please note that design inspiration or descriptive references are not grounds for misrepresentation claims, as this is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
