Description

A tin cloth jacket is not leather and isn’t trying to be: it’s heavy oil-finish waxed cotton, the fabric loggers and field crews wore because it sheds rain and refuses to tear.

This one is dark tan, with a shirt-style collar, a button front and buttoned cuffs you can adjust over a layer. Soft lining inside for warmth. Like all waxed cotton, it starts stiff, then molds to you and picks up the pale creases that make an old tin cloth work jacket look the way it does.

Wear it as a shell over a flannel in fall, or over a sweater when it turns. Re-wax it every couple of seasons and it outlasts most things in the closet.

      Solid jacket. Tough material, keeps the wind and light rain out. Good pockets, fits well, looks better the more you wear it. Worth Buying!

      I work outside 6 days a week. this thing eats mud. brushed it off with a boot brush and good as new. buttons still tight after 2 months. worth every $

      Size chart worked fine. I’m between M and L, took L for layering. Fits okay, sleeves are alright, body not too baggy. Wore it camping for 3 days some mud and rain, brushed off easy enough. No big issues, holds up decent.
